McDonald's — Restaurant in Churubusco

We stopped in last Sunday and got pup cups and cheeseburgers for the dogs on the way to go camping. Like just about every other McDonald's I've ever been to, but the pup comes for free and the service was really decent.

On our way back home after camping I was told that the pups would be the same cost as a sundae for each one. When I asked the lady at the window about that and explain that I wasn't charged last time she got a little snippy with me and told me that that's just how they do it. So I just got the cheeseburgers and went to the next window.

After getting her food we pulled up to a parking spot and looked inside and the dog's cheeseburgers were all covered in onions.

I parked my Jeep and went inside to have them remade. The lady making the food got really nasty about the fact that I had ordered plain cheeseburgers and how is she supposed to know that's not supposed to have onions on it. Annoyed I asked her what the definition of plane was and she responded back that would mean it would have no cheese at which point I told her that would be a plain hamburger not a plain cheeseburger.

While waiting for the food the Hispanic manager, Erica thought it would be a good idea to make a couple pop comments in Spanish not knowing that my family is hispanic. I waited for the food and then responded to her insults in Spanish before leaving.

One of the worst experience I've had at McDonald's I was ordering halfway through my order because I had order for my family now is order for myself well the guy just walked away and started making french fries then another guy walks up and wants to start asking for my order and I'm like well I'm halfway through but I don't know what you have on the menu as it is to begin with the other guy walked away then I redo my order and after speaking to the manager about this it was a manager. I told the guy to walk away and do something else well it wasn't his fault it was Management's fault this happened at 4:45 p.m. on August 15th and as I seen it there was really no consideration about it then when I got home my order was wrong but I did not call back enough was enough I was just coming through Churubusco thought I'd stop at McDonald's won't be stopping there again it was Havoc back there it wasn't that busy they just did not know what to do seemed very confusing and as I spoke to someone at the gas station about this right across the street they said it's always like that there they're...

This McDonald's is the worst one I have ever been to. The only reason I went here this morning was because my husband asked me to and Burger King wasn't open yet. They have two speakers and there was a car at the first one so I pulled up to the second one and waited, and waited, and waited. One other time I waited for a very long time and ended up driving around and pulling into the first one before someone would take my order, so I backed up and went to the first one where I waited, and waited until someone said go ahead and order, no welcome, no wait a minute, so I ordered and she told me to go to the second window and I paid and she practically threw the food at me and never said a word. No thank you , no go to hell no nothing. She did actually get the order right which is very amazing for that place because the day before my husband ordered 8 breakfast burritos and only received seven of them.
