4540 Reading Rd. Cincinnati, OH 45229. I ordered a coney crate. I paid 23.99 for the coney crate and I got home and there was barely any chili on my cheese coneys and so I called the store and I spoke with Nicholas and he told me that Corporate told him or told them in the store that don’t put hardly any chili on the cheese coneys now why do we pay for food to eat out when we get gypped all the time terrible Customer Service every time I go there they do this. So I called Corporate and I had to leave a voicemail because nobody answers the phone.

Received a call back from Corporate, explaining that they do not tell their employees that, apologized, and gave me a credit for a coney crate. He was very professional and was genuine about the incident. Thank you, Gold...

Went thru drive thru in Richwood, Ky, ordered number 1, with out onion and mustard, made sure to let them know no onion that I was allergic to them, she said no problem. Got food, got home and opened box, looked fine and took a big bite, and full of onions at the bottom of the chili dog....... I have tried to contact store for 2 days, no answer, and have even called corporate 4 times, no answer. Will never go back, and always have been a huge fan of gold star...

I guess when you pay 16 dollars for four shakes you get the shakes only half way filled up with then the rest whipped cream, when I called the manager she was very rude and told me that’s how her shakes are made because they come that way frozen but clearly you didn’t put milk in it! Great so not even fresh shakes, so don’t get a shake unless you want to spend four dollars each for half filled shake. Manager didn’t give me a credit or anything very rude and...
