LaRosa's Pizza Price Hill — Restaurant in Cincinnati

I am very disappointed in the way my food was prepared for my daughters birthday party. As you can see on this photo the lasagna is burnt to a crisp, making this inedible it’s also burnt through-out. Lasagna tray was made over and delivered and hour later! I just spoke to the Price Hill Manager ‘Paul’ that would not give me his last name. The manger argued with me, showed no sympathy for the burned lasagna. The manager accused me of just wanting a refund, he also stated that since I had the food remade (an hour later) there’s isn’t anything he can do about it. He yelled at me and continued to say that the initial food was not burned even after he saw photos. I have a house full of Adult witness that seen the food and we also did not wait to report this last night to customers service. I was instructed last night to call in the morning to the Price Hill manager, however I just received horrible results over the phone and poor customer service. I’m more disappointed than anything because at the hospital I work we use your services a lot with very little problems when it’s time to correct something such as this. I could have easily spent my money with another company however I chose LaRosa’s . I’ve never been through anything to close to this. I’m asking for the manager to be reprimanded on his conduct. Never will I order from any LaRosa's again! This bad experience killed my total vibe! Oh and by the way I didn't get any plates like I asked, spending $83 "you'd think" I'd get plates and properly cooked food...Not at the Price Hill...

RAW CHICKEN! ordered from Price Hill, and our calzone came with bits of raw chicken. Not noticing after eating half the calzone did I realize the issue calling customer support. The lack of empathy for consuming raw chicken was impressive, and the lack of responsibility on LaRosas' end from customer service was even better. Not only was a credit not properly given, they ceased to believe their "pre-cooked" chicken was raw. After a 2nd communication a few days later for an update on our credit, no one asked how the person who invested the chicken was feeling. Apparently, LaRosas has a date with a law suite in the near future if things like this are...

I'm very disappointed as how my pizza was prepared. I went inside and placed my order with a tall white guy with glasses. I ordered the regular crust and thin crust and I can see where he handled my food without washing his hands. I saw him kneeling the pizza dough. And I can tell when he put his nubby fingers in the banana peppers to shake the liquid off. He then flipped his hair and adjusted his glasses. He took another order over the phone and begin typing information into the system. Never wash in his hands never putting on gloves. I refused the order and asked for a...
