Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Cincinnati

I have rated skyline chili before but at a completely different location. This location within my neighborhood has... Let's just say let me down. I had went to pick up and order that was incorrect previously that day and when I got there I was going to make another purchase and I sat down at a booth while waiting for my food and for funds to be transferred to my other account to make the purchase and the manager had come up to me and asked me if I if I was going to purchase more food or if I was just there to Leach from the Wi-Fi. This is poor customer service and I felt disrespected I do not recommend this store to anyone unless they improve their customer service and...

It's always a good experience here. It's a very small-town diner kind of place. The service is quick, the food is good, and the staff are friendly. They also partner with community groups to do fundraiser nights where a percentage of sales goes to the fundraiser. I miss Ruth but she is retired. They are always so nice to me and my daughter. It's one of those places where it's ok if your kids are loud and messy. Wish more places were family friendly like this place is. And the drive through is super convenient....

This place cannot get an order right for the life of them. Not sure if its management not checking to make sure people make the right food or what, but I've had issues way too many times. I'd refer you to the location on Glenway if your going through drive-thru.

I posted this review 7 years ago and I just stopped by the drive thru for the first time since then. Not only did they get my order incorrect still, I got no Chilli at all hahahahahaha like how does this problem seem to get worse....
