Paid my bill on 7/12. Service interruptions began 716. Yesterday tech support informed me there is a tower problem in my area. I have been out of work all week due to this causing me to switch phone companies so that I can go back to work. Tech support told me to contact customer care and ask for a refund of my monthly bill they are refusing. My phone is not the problem. Tech told me that they don't know when the tower will be fixed.
