I had never eaten at Jack in the box before until I found this jack in the box at convenient distance. So I began to stop by once in a while after work because the food was ok and the staff were really nice. Until today Nov. 10 around 9pm I past by to order something and I was attended by Raul on the drive thru. In few words he was extremely rude! Poor customer service if any. He didn’t greet me neither did he answer my questions when I asked about the menu, I would ask if the 4 piece item came in more than 4 piece and he would respond “ok 4 piece tenders, what else” I asked him the same question about four times until he responded “ we only have one piece or four peace” i finally ordered something else and he would rush me to order and was so rude. I ordered a smoothie also and he asked me what size? I said small and then he interrupted me with “medium or large” ... Anyways I drove up and he gave me the total, I asked who his manager is to which he responded “Jose”. He rang me up and gave me my food, never said thanks and barely acknowledged me. Mind you I don’t care for his petty service but Im rating today because I work for customer Service myself and I don’t get paid to be rude to customers. If you don’t like or can’t do your job then don’t do it. Lastly I’m not ever spending my money at this restaurant simply because of this bad experience.
I’m sure management won’t act on my complaint but just thought I’d do Jack in the box a favor and let you know you have a weak link in your company that will cause more loss in customers...

Seating area was closed without stated reason, so walked back home to get a car to go through drive-thru. When requesting the mobile order, I pointed out that the burgers had extra stuff, because I know it's easy to miss that. Eventually got through the line, and got the burgers, which felt suspiciously light. I opened them up, and only saw two patties, when I expected three. I pointed this out to the staff, who huddled in a little conference, and then told me that normally Ultimate Cheeseburgers only have one patty, and if I wanted a big burger, I should have ordered three. It has been years since I had eaten at a Jack in the Box, and I was deeply disappointed that their Ultimate Cheeseburger had been downsized. Went home, looked at their menu online, and sure enough, they're supposed to have two, so mine should have had three.
I don't expect perfection from fast food employees. Anybody can mess up an order. But they lied to my face about an easily checkable thing, just so they wouldn't have to make my order right. Management should be ashamed at failing to train their...
Read moreI frequent this location a lot and tonight was the worst service. I place an order in the mobile app and go thru the drive through. On my mobile order I selected Diet Coke as my drink because they don’t give me the option to select Powerade. So I get to the order box and give them my name and ask if I could get Powerade instead of Diet Coke (which I have done before without any issues). He then abruptly tells me to pull forward to the window. So I wait my turn and pull up to the window and of course he hands me a Diet Coke. So I ask him again if I can get a Powerade he then argues with me then eventually snatches the Diet Coke and out of my hand and gives me attitude and gives me a Powerade with ice filling up the cup all the way 🤣 I told him if he wasn’t dismissive of me at the order box this could’ve been avoided and it isn’t my fault the app doesn’t give me the option.
