Taco Bell — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

Used to be my beloved Taco Bell to go to right near my house. Then boom, as soon as new management came in all the good workers left because the lady running it now is horrible. So of course they had to hire new people, which now its been around 6 months since this happened. You would think the workers picked it up by now and learned at least some of the tricks, but I swear its like she tells them to do bad on purpose because tortillas are stale all the time now so clearly she has no desire to restock fresh food. And everytime I go in there she's once again refilling her Diet Dr. Pepper, everyrime I swear to God like that can't be healthy. Like how do you make a cheese quesadilla and forget the sauce and cheese?? No bean burrito has been even half way full since so I had to stop ordering that and its my favorite item. And so simple! Its a bean burrito. If you ask me the manger is the only real problem with it but still now I have to find a new taco bell to live at because she cares more about refilling her diet soda. DO NOT waste...

Sent my son (has braces) and his buddy (both 14) to grab 6 chicken cantina tacos and 2 dorritos locos tacos. The business was dead (relevant) at the time they walked in, there is 1 car in drive thru and no one in the lobby. They were sitting there waiting for 30 minutes. I ended up going in myself and still waited another 10. They gave us crunchy cantina tacos , which have basically nothing on them. The boys were not asked which kind they wanted, or they would have said soft since my son can't eat the hard ones with his braces. I went in to try to get it fixed and had one girl being pushed into an office because she was acting like she was going to fight me. Making the excuse that "they also have a drive thru" when I pointed out the ridiculous wait time as they were empty. Unfortunately because we had waited so long a couple of tacos were eaten because, you know, hungry teenager. I took back the 4 remaining tacos and they remade the 4. I only go to Taco Bell when I'm running so low on money and time that I can't afford to cook and/or buy something better. I'm a broke college student and I spent my last $2.50 on a couple of value menu burritos. I wish I could upload a picture, because they were each smaller than my index finger and thumb making a ring, and about 4 1/2 inches long. I understand that it's cheap food and I don't eat much, but it really upset me that I'm going to sleep hungry after eating both while one was for lunch tomorrow. I know that Taco Bell of all businesses isn't suffering. That the food is horrible for us to eat is supposed to be balanced by the volume for price. Why would I possibly spend money on crappy food that doesn't at least delay hunger pain enough to let me sleep? Save your money and buy a pack of cigarettes. It's probably better for you and will ease your hunger more. Plus the guy selling you your cigarettes probably cares about you more than the greedy manager pocketing the $0.50 they're ripping off...
