I frequent this location at least 2-3 times a week, and while I can understand a slow turnaround for mobile orders in the morning, this morning was ridiculous. My food was ready which was great, but it took them almost 10 minutes to get 1 of my drinks done and they did not put a sticker on my cup so when I asked the tall batista girl about my other drink, the one with the tattoo behind her ear, she looked at me super confused. She didn't believe me when I told her I was waiting on another drink and I had to show her the sticker that was on my food to prove I should have had 4 items in my order. Cherry on top was after conferring with 3 people and making me wait a total of 15 minutes for my order, she just handed it to me with no apology or acknowledgment of how long I'd been waiting. I work in customer service and to be treated so indifferently really rubbed me the wrong way. I doubt I'll be returning to this location if this is how the management here thinks it's okay to treat your customers. Acknowledging your customers who are waiting patiently is the bare minimum you can do to create a good guest experience, and when you guys make mistakes, just own it. Placed a mobile order with enough time to prepare it and it was a drive thru one so we entered the drive thru, and there were about 6 cars which we couldn’t see, if I could I would have said park & went into the store. It probably still wouldn’t have been done if I went in the store! The drive thru line in total took 25 minutes. by the time we got to the window the girl said “sorry it took so long we had stuff going on” THE ORDER WAS WRONG. Read moreDon't get me wrong this place is amazing, the staff are wonderful and try their best too get our drinks right, my main complaints aren't about the staff or service, everywhere we go its been excellent, however my complaints are of course the new menu changes, having too order the mocha double choco chip in sections adds more complexity then "simplicity" of the new menu, and the rewards being taken away is the biggest reason I'm not going to Starbucks much now, personally dutch bros and jamba are my go-too now.
