Let me start by saying that I cannot wait to speak with corporate in regards to this particular location specifically about their employee that goes by the name of Brian who can’t seem to not call me ma’am, Miss or something more appropriate then referring to me as “hun”.. several times even after I told him not to call me that. Completely unprofessional and could care less about customer concerns and feedback. An “oh well that’s your problem” type of attitude and a whole 9 minutes of my life that I can’t get back. Clearly there is only but so much training one can receive, however common courtesy should come naturally. NEVER IN MY LIFE .. will I ever recommend this store, it’s a shame the experience I had today!
So THIS store RUNS OUT OF DONUTS .. imagine that 🤔 My daughter and I are in the drive thru and the lady recommends a chocolate chip muffin .. sure why not? NOPE! First let me start by saying that we have never ordered a muffin from DD and barely come here to begin with so, how am I to know that there would be entirely way too many “sugar crystals” on this muffin .. between the sugar crystals and the fact that the muffin seemed as if it had been sitting there since this morning .. it was IMPOSSIBLE TO EAT so here the muffin sits STILL in the bag. I call the store and tell this employee Brian about my situation and he proceeds to tell me that “since you walked out of the store with it there is nothing we can do about it” .. No Brian, I told you I went thru the drive thru .. after going back and forth he tells me I should have checked my bag before I left .. whelp one wouldn’t think that considering you didn’t have any donuts to sell you couldn’t really screw up making sure to place a chocolate chip muffin in the bag .. also, being that we’ve never ordered a muffin we were unaware of what it would look like as no one mentioned a chocolate chip muffin with an overwhelming amount of sugar crystals on the menu .. but good ol Brian made sure to continue to refer to me as “hun” and how I should have checked the bag and there is nothing he can do. Ask for number to corporate, nope. When will your manager be available .. doesn’t know. I’m so disappointed with the lack thereof professionalism from this employee .. there were no efforts, but he was definitely skilled in cutting me off while I was speaking and calling me hun despite my many times of me telling him not to call me that.

Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews but i’ve been going to this dunkin consistently since I was 14 and i’m officially giving up on it. I ordered two donuts, and an iced vanilla coffee with extra cream and extra sugar, topped with cold foam. Not only did they give me the wrong donuts and a drink that was completely wrong, but the two women working inside were both full on screaming at each other the entire time. The customer who was in front of me ended up leaving because they had taken over 10 minutes to get his order out the window, I had similar issues when ordering but I figured by the time I got up to the window it would be fine. both people who are working on drive-through orders were extremely unprofessional and rude not to me but to each other, at one point one of the workers was screaming at the other one to clock out go home and quit because she didn’t like her attitude, and the other one just proceeded to scream back at her that she wasn’t going to be doing that until they called Jason who I assume is a manager or owner (?). it’s also important to note, that I wasn’t given a receipt, and my original cup for my drink was on the floor, the girl working the drive-through window picked it up to make my drink and someone else had to tell her to use a new cup (all in front of me). Even though my order wasn’t expensive, I’m still frustrated that I paid money for three things that I’m not going to eat/drink. I tried to say something before driving away but because they were screaming at each other they could not hear me, so I chose to just go about my day. I really hope something changes at this location whether it’s better management, or some quality control with the staff. They definitely need a manager on site at all times because there’s someone who works in customer service, that would not, and should not slide at a professional...
Read moreREALLY couldn't believe the service I recieved at this location at 7:40AM on 5/5/16 I run a full service bakery in Westchase, and dunkin in Apollo Beach is always my pitstop. Was running short on time so I decided to stop at this location since it was right next to work. Decided to order a dozen donuts for staff, unfortunately they had less than half of the usual selection. Unfortunate, but understandable. Then, after ordering my donuts, the girl told me to pull to the next window..without asking if that was all. I mentioned I had to order more. After getting an irritated "go ahead" I ordered my coffee with "a little bit of cream" since "light" can be confusing. Now to order my breakfast sandwich, or not. Because once again I was told to pull forward with no "will that be all". So I pull forward and ask for a chicken buscit added to my order. I was denied and told to go back around because they aren't allowed to add to on orders. (No cars behind me). When I got my coffee it looks like 50/50 coffee and cream. When I ask to have some of it poured out and more coffee added, I got a scoff and my coffee, still the same color, shoved in my face and the window slammed. No have a nice day, no thank you.
