So disappointed in the change of ownership/management. When it was BellaPronzos, They had the absolute BEST grilled chicken salad...thinly sliced onions, plenty of tomatoes, warm grilled chicken, shredded cheese with fresh baked bread wedges and a House dressing so good you could drink it from a shot glass! Over the past few years, I've tried to order a few times from the new owner, now calling the place Torino because I kept thinking that maybe they were having a bad day... but Nope, EVERY time was a disappointment. Now my salad has big thick CHUNKS of onion, no more thin slices...They now take 2 cherry tomatoes and cut them into 4 pieces, almost non existent. The chicken is now precooked (no longer warm and juicy)...The bread is no longer freshly made...They precook it and probably reheat it several times because each time I've gotten it since the change, it's burnt on the bottom, hard/stale and cold. And finally the dressing...gone...They've changed the house dressing and it doesn't compare. :( Sorry Torinos...you shouldn't have changed something that use to amazing...Now it's lucky to...

There's a good variety of items on the menu, and most things are reasonably priced. Not sure how to describe the menu - ranges from a variety of pizzas to some pasta dishes to Middle Eastern things like shawarmas and Mediterranean things like Gyros. We had pizza and shawarma - and both were pretty good...not prize-winning, but pretty good.
This is definitely a place geared towards delivery and pick up - if possible, have your meal delivered. Unless you're eating alone, the options for seating are quite limited. The wait time for the shawarma was more than 20 minutes; if you select from the ready-to-eat pizzas, they'll heat it up in their pizza oven in a few minutes - not sure how long one would have to wait for pizza made from scratch. This isn't a criticism of the wait time - after all, it takes time to prepare food. Just a description of our experience. And along with the challenging parking, just an observation/suggestion that delivery is probably the...
Read moreMy husband and I are in town for vacation and picked up the menu from the lobby of the hotel. When I tried to order online, it said they don't deliver to our location. I gave them a call and found out they actually did. Gave them our order, and they said 40 minutes. We were cool with this. The delivery guy called and couldn't find our room, 134. So, we went out to look for him. We used our credit card to pay for the pizza and calamari with fries, $42. We tipped him $9 in cash. We always tip cash. We opened the pizza box to a pepperoni pizza. Yet, we ordered a supreme with black olives added. BIG difference in price. I looked out the door, and the delivery guy was gone. I called the restaurant, and they guy asked, "You don't want pepperoni?" Really? I told him I wanted what I ordered and told him again what I ordered. He hung up on me!!!! Still, we sit here 1 hour later for our pizza. I did call and he told me 10 minutes. Finally, 30 minutes later we get dinner. Did I mention the garlic knots...
