Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in City of Albany

To the owner of the franchise, I have tried multiple times to reply back to you and unable because this is not a sufficient address to reply to.

First; I was automatically charged $1.00 for a fundraiser fee WITHOUT being asked! I didn’t say anything, I waited till my order was packed and asked where my dessert was until I realize that it was available on the next purchase Before the timeframe ends. I asked why I was not even asked to donate and the girl said well I could take it off if you want me too, and I said that is fine. Leave it there, but that is completely wrong and seems almost illegal to automatically charge somebody without saying anything! I Purchased the 16 piece large family meal for $51.99 I thought I would be getting 4 legs, 4 thighs, 4 wings and 4 breasts; WHAT I RECEIVED was 5 thighs, 5 wings and 4 drumsticks, 2 breasts! I took pictures of everything and called the location, asked to speak to the manager, who said I was speaking directly with him and said his name was Hesus? I explained everything that happened and he said that they have the right to change my order if they don’t have what is readably available I said not one thing was mentioned to me as I’m standing in front of them. This in my eyes is stealing money from me, including the automatic donation, which I would never have a problem with donating if I was asked to! He kept trying to justify that they have the right and I said no you do not have the right and he said will come back in and we will give you the correct order and I said I will never be back to your location and I do not trust These kind of actions, I will take my business elsewhere. I have always loved Popeyes, but it will be at a different location on my way home from work from a not for profit organization so yes, I do believe in donating as he wanted to argue with me on the phone, and I could’ve asked to have it taken off, but it automatically goes on the bill as told again! And please do not insult my intelligence by copying and pasting your response that you put on everyone else’s...

Would give zero stars if i could but i want all of you to be aware, the workers here have horrible service and work very slowly and are rude, i work in a chicken restaurant so I Know how a business like this should work, I ordered a 2pc with a coupon and was told to wait over 10 minutes meanwhile everyone behind me is getting their food, when i ask the lady when i will get my food, she tells me to wait, the chef hands me the wrong order, and when im sick and tired of waiting i go inside to ask when i can get the food i paid for, the cashier gives me dirty looks and the drive thru lady decided to retaliate by barley putting any fries in my order, if i was anyone else i promise you would have called the cops on what i would have done, but i decided they have enough of a hard job so i tell them to get their stuff together, ANOTHER DAY i decided to try again and i actually got my food in a timely fashion but the same Indian lady told me this time that i gave her extra money, my total was $6.47, i handed her $7 but she then asked for the same dollar back as if she couldn't count money, i later threw up the food idk what was wrong with it but i highly suggest management to stricten the standards you hold your employees to, and for you guys to get some ACTUAL horrible...

I have ordered from this restaurant over 40 times since its opening and its been quite a wild ride. Slow drive thru times, rude staff other than one gentlemen who was able to even up sell me on some snack type foods (apple pie and other stuff). I was even told by one of the drive thru window workers at this restaurant while waiting to provide my credit card that 'its rude to stare into the drive thru window' and implied that i was staring at her in front of my wife and kids. They also consistently forget food items and sauces causing me to have to stop every time i go here and walk into the restaurant to get sauces. I have ordered on door dash to have food i paid for not delivered, sauces i paid for because their doordash doesn't allow anything but Buttermilk ranch as an option not delivered. The problem isn't the food its the staff. I have a much more consistent quality product from the location in hannaford plaza even if i usually have to wait longer than expected. consistently inconsistent. I enjoy the food when its been produced properly and continue to get food here as popeyes is definitely the king of fast food fried chicken but there is huge room for improvement on the staff at...
