so i pulled up around 11:15pm to pick up 2 doordash orders . the line was wrapped around the building and to the buildings next door blocking the other stores drive thru . i sat and waited and watched EVERYONE drive off till around 12:30 am (after they close) . the employees did not take a SINGLE order and IGNORED EVERYONE from when i got there before they closed till they closed . when i finally got up to the window (only was there to have them cancel the orders) the girl proceeded to ignore me and i tried yelling through the window “i just need you to cancel 2 doordash orders for me on your side so i don’t get my account suspended or deactivated for them thinking i stole the food or all my ratings go down .” she then proceeded to scream at me cursing me out to cancel them myself and she doesn’t care if my account gets deactivated or suspended . she then flipped me off while walking closer to me and screaming . i ended up SPEEDING off because she was coming at me just to have the cops behind me . she was a taller girl with dreaded braids in her hair in a blue hoodie . i’m not gonna lie i screamed back once she started till she came at me but it’s still...
Read moreI ordered through the app,which seemed simple enough. I upgraded a combo meal to include onion rings. First, the order comes out to me and there's no onion rings, nor any bacon on the BACON double cheeseburger. I called into the store and was told they were out of onion rings, for which I asked for a refund. I was told a refund couldn't be processed because I ordered through the app. It's just extremely poor custimer service to know you're out of something and not notify the customer. Maybe they didn't think we'd check the order before pulling off? For the extra $2.10 I paid for onion rings, I was offered something else and ended up with fries that they upgraded to a large. Another burger was brought out to me, which was correct with the bacon, (they didn't take the first one back), but still had to ask where the fries were, which someone brought out separately. The grilled chicken for the sandwich I had was dry and kind of tough, like it had been there all day...the fries seemed old, too. Read moreThe food itself is fine - standard Sonic fare. The service, however, is a special kind of hell. We've tried it a few times now, and each and every time we wait in the drive-thru for a minimum of 20 minutes - and this is typically well after the usual dinner hour rush.
Figure it's just the drive thru? Nope. The people in the stalls are there before us and still don't have their food by the time we leave.
I can't pretend to know what the employees are doing. They're putting out what appears to be an order every 5 minutes. Dining room service, to my knowledge, isn't open yet.
So what gives?! It's either poor or non-existent management. If this was a one-off, you can chalk it up to a bad night. But this has consistently been the experience the past 5 times we've gone.
Each time, as we wait for standard fast food, we remember why we don't come more often. After tonight - and 25 minutes waiting for two ice creams and an order of chicken tenders - I don't think we'll be asking that again, as I doubt...
