The Wet Lab — Restaurant in City of Albany

I would not recommend. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 25 mins. When I arrived I still had to sit and wait another 35 mins before my food was done. I ordered wetlab wings, macaroni and cheese and collard greens. Some pieces of chicken were fried too hard and some weren’t fried hard enough. The macaroni and cheese was dry and tasted like cardboard, no seasoning and nowhere near enough cheese. The collard greens was the best thing on my plate and I would only rate them a 7.
