We placed an order in advance. This was quite possibly the best Christmas dinner I've ever had! The seasoning on the potatoes paired incredibly well with the chicken and the tortellini. A fine dinner in itself, but the best part hands down was the Christmas brisket. Absolutely ambrosial! Ideal texture and flavor that absolutely melted in my mouth. That made the holiday for me. I was finally able to make it to Bijak's last Tuesday, and I'm just so sad they're not open every day!!! The panini was crunchy on the outside, but the pork was perfectly cooked and seasoned- immensely flavorful and not at all dry. Delicious! The fries were crispy, salty and hot. Not at all greasy. The best part, though was the apple cake! Sublime! I'm not sure what the frosting was, but I don't usually eat frosting and I finished all of this. Such a talented chef- I can't...
