Yes their ice cream is wonderful, but I hate the inconsistency with the size of the portions...each time it's different.....one day you'll get a medium and it is huge next day you could compare it to a child's portion....if I'm going to spend money for something, I would like things to be the same or close to the same every time. I also don't like being made to feel my opinion is incorrect or not respected when I approach the situation as it happens and I have to deal with teen agers that look at me like my heads on crooked. This place has gone down hill. Ive always loved their strawberry/banana smoothies so my daughter and I come out regularly, every season, from 40 minutes away, but the last couple times they have tasted like pure vanilla ice cream with milk. Since I dont enjoy wasting time or money i went back in this time and nicely asked them to add more strawberry flavor as it tasted like pure dairy, and i was looked at like I was insane and told no because i had already taken a sip, and what was so hard about putting it in a separate cup? Oh, yum! This place is a minor favorite of mine. When I visit western New York state, I love to stop here.

My buddy and I happened to be in the neighborhood, so we stopped for impulse ice cream. I chose a waffle cone with two scoops: black raspberry and some kind of chocolate (memory fails).

Yummy and yummy.

The ambiance is kind of family or younger people. The selection is great, and the service is friendly.

My friend treated, so I can't say what the price was like. Certainly it was not high.
