Subway — Restaurant in City of Elmira

I've been a loyal customer for almost 6 years and they keep changing things up making it harder for customers from the menue,prices and deals. Subway has become more greedy then McDonald's. To get 2 subs and a 3rd for free u have to order it online and get it from things like Doordarshan or Grubb meaning people pay for 4 subs and only get 3 so the buy 2 get a 3rd is a con and waste of money. I've gotten food poisoning from this subway 3× in 5 years yet i was a customer untill today. I paid 14$ for a sub I get from other subway locations for 9$, They charged me 'upcharges' on the meats I added, and everything seemed skimped out on.

In addition when I asked about why it the portion sizes of the added meats, ie smaller than normal bacon, small medallions of cheese, the manager got rude towards me and insisted they were weighed portions even though it clearly was not.
