This is an exciting development for Fulton! I love what the owners have done with this space. Iāve been to so many coffee shops all across the country and this one really stands out as far as atmosphere (as well as service and product quality!) It is so incredibly unique as it is in a circular former bank building with a lot of character. The seating is all comfortable- thereās not a metal chair in the house which in and of itself is welcoming. There are two little fire places with rocking chairs, a side area with tables⦠just the way it is arranged provides many options to have a little area that feels personal (seriously- there were about 5 other groups/couples in there when I went and I was able to sit and comfortably nurse my infant without feeling awkward at all.) The service was excellent. They do not roast in house but they source from other local roasters like Recess Coffee out of Syracuse and Utica coffee. I got the Cozy Cappuccino which was absolutely delightful. Cannot wait to go back and try something else and...

I recently ordered two medium iced specialty lattes and one large, and the total came to over $25 before tip. For comparison, Iāve ordered the exact same thing at another locally owned coffee shop in Oswego Countyāmy regular go-toāand it came in under $18.
Iām a big supporter of local coffee spots and typically visit one or two each week, so I feel I have a good sense of whatās standard pricing around here. 114 Reserve definitely leans on the expensive side.
One small note on the drinks: this is just personal preference, but I find the lattes weak and would love to see a little more espresso in them.
Overall, 114 Reserve has a lot going for it, and I hope they continue to thrive. An adjustment in pricing and strength of the espresso drinks could make it...

-drive through (some park on the side pulling in there) on the Kinney's side between 114 and the bank and exit onto the main road
-pulling from in from S 1st Street there's a parking lot in the middle of the buildings there (behind the bank), it is plowed, and there's pavement behind to walk up to it.
The staff are friendly, there's a rewards program (just phone # and first name), WiFi is at the bottom of the receipt, atmosphere is comfortable and clean. The coffee is fresh, the syrups are good and there is a lot to choose from for a good price.
I got a large latte with maple and marshmallow syrup and oatmilk for $6.48 cash...
