Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Fulton

Being a regular customer(2-3xs weekly)I'd expect to be treated and accomadated a bit better. I made a note that I needed change for one hundred. When the driver arrived I was told they couldn't take 100s.... Said they called. Couldn't change a 100 on a fifty dollar order? I had to go back inside and look for more cash as all I had was two twenties and said hundred. I told him I probably can't tip now, as I usually tip 15-20 so realistically I would only need a twenty and some change back from him. Well luckily I found enough ones inside to make the bill and even a few ones for a tip. After handing the driver the money for the bill I started to get the ones together for his tip, he then proceeded to storm away without the tip and leave without even saying a word like a todler. Unfortunately he is a familiar driver and is usually very cordial, when getting a good tip anyway. Side note... The food was delicious as always so I can't give too low...

Ordered online to a hotel after driving for a day, just wanted something to chill and eat in the hotel.

Order was quickly completed Delivery was fast That's the end of the good. first...... They didn't include everything I paid for in the order

Delivery driver was too lazy to deliver to the room, made me come to the lobby to get it.

Also they didn't include everything in my order, and when I called to ask for a refund for the missing items (sauce cups that I paid extra for) they said they'd send the driver back then hung up without allowing me to ask for the refund.

A minute later the driver called me back demanding that I look in a bag (I had already done so, and found half of the extras I ordered) she then just hung up on me when I explained that half of it was not there.

Overall experience, 1/10 Would...

Ordered a pizza thru the app because I received a text message stating that if I used the app the menu priced pizzas would be 50% off. After placing the order I realized the transaction wasnt discounted. I called to inquire about it and was told it was an old offer. So I asked to cancel my order, then I was hung up on! I called back to speak to a manager and I was told he was the store manager as he laughed at me. Told me his name was Ivy Holliday. Absolutely didn't care that he was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I will definitely be sharing my experience with family and friends. And I will also will think twice before ordering there again! I just can't believe how immature this "manager" was! Makes me feel like he would be the type of person to spit in your food! Not a...
