Mimi's Drive-In — Restaurant in City of Fulton

I have lived in Fulton about 2 years and heard good things about Mimi's and have wanted to try it out but every time I have gone by there was no where to park. Well today I happened to see a few open parking spots and figured great I'll give them a try. Well I went inside and stood next to their sign that says please wait to be seated and I was the only one waiting. After about 15 minutes standing there without any acknowledgement I noticed a seat at the counter opened so I went and sat there for another 10 minutes and did not get helped there either so I went back to the sign again the only one standing there and there I stood for 10 more minutes still not even acknowledged by anyone. Then three people walk through the door and were seated right away as I am still standing there not seated after at least 30 minutes. Needless to say my lunch break was now over and I did not even get to place an order yet alone even get seated so I can not comment on the food and I guess I really can't comment on the service either because I got absolutely no service after standing there for 30 minutes and watching people that came in long after me getting seated right away. I will not be going back again if this is the type of service they have there, none...

I've been to Mimi's quite a few times now, and I've had great experiences and food. However on my last visit it wasn't a very pleasant one. I ordered the buffalo chicken wings and the waitress really had no idea what was on the menu or how they came. I asked how many wings came and she told me 10, but after I got my food she said there was 8. I can't understand if she hasn't worked there a lot, but she did tell us that she has been there for awhile now but she is only an extra for when they're busy. She also didn't really seem that attentive to us at all. I had to ask two different waitresses for refills on our drinks and another waitress for to-go boxes. She seemed pretty preoccupied for who appeared to be "regulars" at this location, and I've defined experienced and know people who experienced this. A lot of your staff pay attention to the people who are your regulars than to the newer customers. As a customer, I know people observed these type of things. Overall, the food is always delicious, however sometimes your staff don't seem to be as attentive as...

A good diner, coffee is very good, clean very friendly atmosphere. Food: I had eggs, toast and sausage the first time.. very good but not hot enough. Pancakes are great, yummy and about 6 to 8" in diameter, my tape measure was in my truck so don't hold me to it.. Had no room for dessert, though.. Pies are frozen ( I think ) was hoping for homemade but still good. Had the chicken quesadilla another time, nothing special but filling. Service is quick and friendly with enough checking up on you. Prices are more than reasonable for what you get. Strawberry shake was very very good. I haven't tried everything on their menu so I don't want to be unfair. I will continue going here. I like the place. So, had two different servers the next two times I went, food piping hot and yummy! They have new burgers out, I had the BAD (breakfast all day) burger, which comes on a toasted bun, 6oz patty, an egg, bacon, cheese, onion rings, lettuce tomato and a side of fries.
