Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in City of Industry

Fast food at its finest! I usually do not eat fast food at the major chains. However, my experience at this Carl's Jr. was a pleasant surprise to me. I ordered the fries, they were hot and very delicious (they taste like real potatoes). I also ordered the plant based Burger, it was excellenty we prepared and taste amazing. But, I did not like the sweet tea it tasted so bad that I couldn't give it away to anyone in my family either. That being said, in a pinch to eat while out in the streets, Carl's Jr. just became a new option for me. It's no wonder your prices are higher, the quality of food is better. I went here for lunch. No one was in the drive thru which was a plus! I ordered chicken stars meal with curly fries, and a strawberry shake. Went to pay, and she repeats my order, but she says : waffle fries". I say no maam, i want curly fries. She tells me oh they are they same thing they changed the name. Ok, so i pay. Get my food and go back to work. Open my damn food and it damn waffle fries!! Like, i didn't want that nasty mess. If they didn't have it, she should have just said that. So im struggling to eat that mess, and i threw them in the trash. Carls, please dump the waffle fries and go back to curly fries....

24 hr drive thru and usually there is not much of a line. the spicy chicken was decent but I've had better. also at night these streets are pretty dark around here, there's not alot of choices in the area have to drive far. will update on their oreo shake quality next time!
