Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in City of Industry

Man I am sick of the ridiculous inflation and high cost of…well everything these days how can anyone afford to pay rent and buy groceries?

Instead of feeling ripped off paying more than most burgers that that don’t cut the mustard at most fast food places let me tell you…

I was relished after going to this Carls Jr. location in Walnut off of Fairway and the 60 freeway!

I was served an amazing meal where the fresh triple western was a smoking hot deal when you use the app! I suggest if you don’t know to download it and register with your email and find out for yourself for sure.

The employees were helpful lightning fast at taking, preparing, and accurately serving exactly what I ordered.

I really had to write it down and for the manager of the location a professional and well kept gentleman by the name of Carlos I say…

My apologies for taking a minute before posting....

I just left Carl's jr. Western bacon cheeseburger. So much, in fact, that I once ate six of them in a row. It was because they had a two-for-one deal if you run the bus and presented your transfer at the register. They have my favorite fast food french fries as well. Too bad that they're getting pricey practically everybody now and it cost over $30 you know for three people to eat there. Number one fast food was a deal? Like, at Taco Tia? Or berries Better Burgers in La Sierra? Everything seems cheaper then oh, of course my parents were paying not me. Sometimes I think Carl's jr. If a little overloaded when trying to think of new items for their menu. I mean, breakfast Burger with the usual hamburger patty, fried egg, hash browns, pancakes, sausage, syrup, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and butter? Just looking at a picture of one is liable to give you a heart attack. Or at least a minor stroke....

The male manager is absolutely the best, forgot his name but this review is specifically for the Hispanic female manager and the Hispanic cashier.

Absolutely horrible attitude and a failure to properly train their employees. I went in today to get the Big Carl Single for $2.99, which I had gotten yesterday. They told me that there is a bogo for a $1 on the sandwich and when I mentioned the employee giving me the deal yesterday they both looked at each other, had a conversation in a different language so I couldn't understand and then named the employee. They refused to give me the deal. It is incredibly rude to speak in a language your customers can't understand and then refuse to honor a promotion that they were given the day before. No solution was given. I'd like the district manager to reach out to me and explain how customer service is being taught at...
