Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Subway. I work late most days and don’t get back into town til around 8 PM. Every time I go in at that time I’m made to feel like a bother because it’s an hour before they close. If that’s the case than just close at 8! I walk in and they’re cleaning an hour early and putting things away. I had a new guy making my sub which he did a terrible job on. It was the sloppiest sub I’ve ever seen created. The manager on duty was too busy trying to sneak out and smoke a cigarette to make sure everything was running smoothly. Coincidentally they only had one kind of bread available(wheat). And the steak was frozen. It was like they weren’t trying to serve me what I wanted because they were ready to go home. And the attitude of “having a bad day” isn’t needed when I go to order food. When I asked for a few more she looked at me like I was crazy and then told me that ever since minimum wage went up they've been extra strict about how many of each vegetable that they can put on. Regularly THREE pickles on a 6 inch sub and heavy pickles is SIX. I was so shocked that they're more concerned with pennies than customer satisfaction that I could barely respond. I repeated myself because she didn't respond when I was talking to her and she said "Um I heard you the first time you said it!!" Yikes, do not snap at a customer like that.
