I went there to pick up an order I placed the day before, I ordered a platter of their tequeños and mini empanadas to share with my friends at the beach, I ask them if they could have it ready at 8am when I was placing the order and they said yes, the next day when I was picking up my order the lady at the front said she didn’t have it ready because they were out of “pasteles” which the nice men on the phone said to me and I agreed to have the platter just with tequeños and empanadas, she didn’t call me to ask me again to confirm, she didn’t have my order ready, she didn’t even apologize she just said to me that she could just make everything from scratch and had me waiting another 20 min like it was no big deal, I got there at 9:30am which is an hour and a half from the time I ordered to be ready, she was just so unapologetic and reckless, and didn’t care about my time. Most of the menu in this place has good food. High prices are understood taking into account the price of imports (justifiable if they use ingredients of Venezuelan origin) from the beginning I have not had problems in this area. As a Venezuelan, I am used to the fact that customer service is not the best in the world, but after getting used to customer service as in other places they have better standards, one could expect this place to have them too. La primera vez que vine me gusto mucho la comida. He ido varias veces dando una y otra vez nuevas oportunidades pero me ha decepcionado el lugar por muchos motivos. #1- Los tequeños me los dieron calientes por fuera y frios por dentro. (mal fritos) ademas de notar que los hacen mas pequeños. #2- Compre una marquesa de chocolate y se me ocurrio comerla mientras iba a casa y me cayó muy mal. me dio ganas de vomitar y casi me hago encima manejando(#2). la maquesa es puro chocolate derretido casi sin galleta y muy fuerte. #3- El sancocho es pura papa con zanahoria, No es un verdadero sancocho Venezolano. #4- Compre un pan de jamon y estaba apermazado (crudo) pague un dineral y la calidad pesima. Mi esposo quedo muy enojado y se sontió estafado. #5- Los combos escolares son excesivamente caros. #6-Los chocolates torontos he comprado 2 veces y se desmoronan, completamente viejos. #7- El ambiente ya ha sido incomodo porque cuando te acercas a la caja a pagar te miran como si fueras a robarles. #8- Los productos Venezolanos son extremadamente caros. #9- La cachapa me la vendieron quemada y se desmoronaba (rota) sin tocarla. #10- "la llamada dueña" usa las redes sociales del restaurante para salir de una forma provocadora e insinuante, etc, etc, una falta de respeto que me incomoda porque se supone que la cuenta debe mostrar un lugar de ambiente familiar. Sin hablar que en persona es antipatica y creida. #11- Los combos de San valentin son pequeños, ademas de descaradamente y extremadamente altos. cuando todos sabemos que aqui venden los globos en dollar tree en $1.25 No recomiendo ni pienso volver a este lugar.
