The most amazing Colombian food I’ve ever had. Yes, better than in Colombia. Every where I eat, I always use Don Hugo’s as the benchmark to beat. The chicharron here is absolutely outstanding, it’s crispy on the outside but never over done, the inside is pillowy, and the skin is always crunchy. The carne asada always has so much flavor. I’ve never had anything like it. The rice is always cooked perfectly but the beans steal the show. The plantains are soft, sweet, and have the perfect amount of crisp. You can tell that Don Hugo is a master of his craft. The food never disappoints. I’ve brought countless people here and they’ve all loved the food. Don Hugo is so kind, warm, welcoming and just simply an amazing person. 10/10 would recommend. Make sure...

The owner is very sweet and needless to say the food was pretty good too. It definitely tasted like a home...
