On Saturday August 26 my uncle and I came to Culberts to partake in their pig roast… which, by the way, was delicious… it was the first time either one of us had been in there, so of course we were full of questions…Carla happened to ask us if we needed a drink and John was already at the bar getting yet we asked her about the dinners being ready. Ordered 2 fish frys , they said 45 minutes. Waited 45 minutes and they told me 7-15 longer. Ok no big deal at the time. Waited another 1/2 hour at the bar and they told me they just started to cook my fish. They only had 1 table served in the entire bar with a line of people waiting for their meal to go. They can only cook 2 fish at a time. Not a place to eat, maybe a quick drink the most. Left without my fish. Went somewhere that actually cooks and on a timely manner. I tried and don't...

My gf and i come here at least twice a week! Best fries in wny, best wing prices in wny, and despite the small menu, they have figured out how to perfect each item. I'll admit that the service can be slow sometimes, but no one in niagara falls wants to work, so they are doing the best they can with the few employees they can find.
