Jamie's Ice Cream — Restaurant in City of North Tonawanda

This used to be our favorite place to visit. We stopped by for a visit and it looked incredibly run down. The booths are really broken feeling inside and uncomfortable, there was garbage all over the floor and stuff smeared on tables, and garbage all over the floors. There were lots of kids working but nobody was addressing it. We were there for almost 25 minutes and nothing was addressed. Bought an ice cream from a girl was didn't seem very happy that we were ordering anything. No smile, no personality whatsoever. She even dropped my ice cream in a different flavor which I joked about, and she didn't even giggle or say sorry. Just picked it back out and put it on my cone. Ordered 2 baby ice creams, 1 in a dish, 1 on a come and it was over $6. Sorta nuts since platters is right down the raid and about half the price. Leaving my earlier review attached.Today is also a holiday weekend. They now have vegan dairy free vanilla custard. Quite good. No aftertaste. Tried a Pie in the Sky treat. Choice of warmed apple pie, cherry pie or pumpkin (in season). In a cloud of custard. Surrounded by vegan (coconut nut milk) whipped topping. Quite good! Filling for sure. Come hungry for this filling dessert! I didn't see prices listed, but it was under $10

Busy place on a holiday weekend evening! So pleased they have lactose-free selection of soft serve in 9 flavors, which I could choose one for my root beer float. My review used to say we loved this place. Now we are sad to say that we dont go here much even though we live so close. The ice cream has been freezer burnt 3x now, the milk shakes are served more like room temperature flavored milk, and the young workers behind the counter seem less than happy to be serving you. I even walked out once without service because despite ringing the bell, no one ever came out. And I waited 15 minutes and still no one. Lastly, I must comment on the bathroom.
