I decided to give them another try today after having a bad experience there a few years ago, and all I can say is meh. I ordered a small latte with sugar free vanilla syrup. I was extremely surprised to see that that the espresso machine is basically a push button machine - barista doesn’t grind the coffee, tamp it down and pull the shot. Quality- the machine apparently didn’t give me a full shot, so she said she gave me an extra shot? The latte had no foam and didn’t taste like vanilla at all, so I dont know if it was in it or not. Was it drinkable? Yes. Was it worth it? No. Customer service - the employee helping me was nice enough. The owner, who was there, never even acknowledged me (even though you may not have been working, a hello and welcoming people into your business would be nice). For a regular coffee, I’d rather go down the street to Dunkin, where 9.9 times out of 10, it’s a good consistent cup of coffee. For an espresso based beverage, I’d rather wait until I get to Binghamton for work, go to starbucks, pay 27 cents more and at least have the illusion of a higher...
