9:02 pm I pull up to the drive thru speaker and am greeted right away by their automated service then the employee. That was the only positive thing about this visit.

I wasn't ready right away and said as much to the employee. 9:04 pm I announce that I'm ready and the employee responds right away. 9:06 pm my order is placed and now the wait begins. Several other vehicles hadn't moved in that 4 minute period.

Eventually the line starts to move and by 9:11 pm I am the 3rd vehicle in line. 9:16 pm I finally get to the window after the vehicle in front of me is asked to pull ahead and wait for their order.

I figured I'd snack on the fries while I drive home... cold, old and cold fries. Decide to feel the rest of my food, chicken nuggets... cold and stale, even the burger was cold.

I waited over 10 minutes for cold, stale food. This isn't the first time with this location. The employees would rather have their customers wait in line than ask them to park and keep the line moving so they don't have to walk food out to those waiting.

Gonna stick with Burger King just down the road when I get a "fast food" craving, better fries anyway.
