Comments by staff loud enough for the customer to hear is unnecessary and unprofessional. I always order my fries with no salt because I don't want the added salt. So an employee (Rich) yells something about people ordering fries with no salt just so they have to make a fresh batch is such a pain. Well, if it were your food, you'd want your fries hot 🔥 if you had to pay. It's none of their business why I want my fries with no added salt. It is fast food, not a top quality restaurant, but comments about your customers is rude and why you, sir, will never rise above working in the fast food industry.
EDIT: I went back lastnight 4/19/25 around 10pm on my way home. It was the same rude man, who I later learned is a manager named Rich, at the drive thru speaker and then also running the cash register. He was totally unprofessional and extremely rude. Rich snapped at me through the speaker, practically threw my change at me, and my food. I didn't order my fries w/o salt this time because it was him and I was scared I was going to get yelled at...so I settled for the cold and nasty fries that I ended up getting. Shortly after I arrived home I started feeling "funny" and passed out on the couch, waking up about 1am...this has never happened before. It was almost as if my food had been tampered with.

Read more9:02 pm I pull up to the drive thru speaker and am greeted right away by their automated service then the employee. That was the only positive thing about this visit.
I wasn't ready right away and said as much to the employee. 9:04 pm I announce that I'm ready and the employee responds right away. 9:06 pm my order is placed and now the wait begins. Several other vehicles hadn't moved in that 4 minute period.
Eventually the line starts to move and by 9:11 pm I am the 3rd vehicle in line. 9:16 pm I finally get to the window after the vehicle in front of me is asked to pull ahead and wait for their order.
I figured I'd snack on the fries while I drive home... cold, old and cold fries. Decide to feel the rest of my food, chicken nuggets... cold and stale, even the burger was cold.
I waited over 10 minutes for cold, stale food. This isn't the first time with this location. The employees would rather have their customers wait in line than ask them to park and keep the line moving so they don't have to walk food out to those waiting.
Gonna stick with Burger King just down the road when I get a "fast food" craving, better...
Read moreI haven’t been here in a while because of previous visits being a disaster. Whoever they had on today between 8-9PM, did an excellent job as far as I’m concerned. They got slammed with at least 15 cars nearly at once, but still moved at a reasonable pace. Anybody bitching doesn’t have a clue how much a sudden rush of customers can throw things off. If the order I had placed came out wrong, maybe I’d be singing a different tune. However, the kid at the window was double checking all the orders, which is well worth waiting a few seconds for. Everyone was focused on the job and I personally can’t complain, and I appreciate the effort. Previous visits I’ve experienced employees who can’t get an order right, even when they are not busy, and others who can’t pull themselves away from a personal conversation when taking payment and dishing out the order. I just appreciate the effort, the quality of my food (things weren’t smushed), and the accuracy....
