Worst service ever will not be ordering from this place again me and my husband ordered 15 wings and a ham and cheese sub light mayo toasted and they got the order for the sub wrong twice and even argued with my husband about it when we went over the order three times and they even repeated the order for the sub and they still got it wrong they put onion oil mayo and Italian dressing on a ham n cheese sub n it wasn’t toasted second time after we made sure they heard us n the order was corrected they still got it wrong and made it with onion oil and no mayo all I wanted was a ham and cheese with light mayo and toasted and they couldn’t even get the most simple sub done the right way I don’t recommend this place for food the previous time I ordered the same n they messed it up then aswell asked for plain ham n cheese sub with mayo toasted and they had oil lettuce tomato and onion on it they lost my business never again will I order there I tried giving them a chance but waisted my...

Never ordering from Napoli again! Ordered a pizza for delivery. Was told 35 - 45 minutes..pretty standard. I had to call TWICE because the guy didn't show up for an hour and 15 minutes!! I asked him the total... $21.60. I handed him $22. And said... usually I tip $5... but since it took an hour and 15 minutes, when I was told 35 - 45 minutes, you get 40 cents, and I won't be ordering from Napoli again. He said "That's fine. Next time call Dominos" Update...Wow.. so I called Napoli to tell them I generally enjoy their food, and have never had an issue with delivery before.. so if I could just get the delivery drivers name to make sure he wasn't the one delivering to me again, that I would still be a customer. The supervisor gets on the phone and tells me that I've been blocked from ordering from there and that they don't tolerate unprofessionalism towards their drivers! And hung up on me!!! Ummmm excuse me??? I WAS NOT THE ONE BEING...

The wait to get a table was short. The wait to get service was long....... We waited a while to even get drinks. We mentioned to the waitress that we were attending a funeral across the street and had limited time. We waited and waited for our food and eventually some of our party had to leave without eating because food wasn't ready. We had a little over an hour to eat for lunch and it took over that just to get our food. We thought at least the food is going to be great as the place came highly recommended. I've had better food from Domino's or little Caesars. The food was just meh. Nothing special at all. The apps we ordered were even worse then the actual meals. We had to take food to go for the party that had to leave to attend the funeral.

Don't know if our visit was just a fluke because the place seemed busy and came highly recommended but I have to believe ppl just don't know what good food tastes...
