Burger King — Restaurant in City of Oneida

Edit: went back and bathrooms and store was much cleaner. Only dealt with the same pleasant young lady from before. Better experience.

Let's start with one of the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever been in. That alone is saying a lot. I will say that the young seemingly high school aged lady who took my order was very pleasant. The food was really good. It took a long time, which was fine and expected by me because the chicken deluxe sandwich has to be hand breaded and takes a while to cook. BUT, when I finally went & asked about it after almost 15 minutes I was met with attitude from who I'm guessing was the manager, along with the fact that the rest of the order was sitting in the warmer the entire time. They could've handed over the rest of the order so my kid could've eaten while I was waiting for mine. Also, when I went up once for napkins (which there were none of in the entire restaurant other than a few behind the counter), & once to buy a drink; the staff ignored me for a while until I finally had to get a little louder. Literally looked right at me then turned around as if I wasn't there. Place was also super dirty. Soda area was gross. See pics. Definitely not one of their better locations. So as I was at the hospital awaiting the arrival of my son I decided to run and get us some breakfast . The morning crew here at this location was just terrible . Not only was my food a hot mess but the woman who took my order and gave me my food was just unpleasant !
