Jimmy John's — Restaurant in City of Pewaukee

I will echo what most have said about the timely service at this location, it is absolutely horrendous! Too many times to count, I place an order online either specifying a pick-up time or as soon as possible. As soon as possible should not take over an hour and when you go to pick it up it's still not even made. I've also waited on orders for a specified time not being ready when I went in, you are better off walking in and ordering because they'll take care of you right away.

It seems they don't know how to prioritize orders, making all the walk-in orders right away.

I was waiting with (5) other people who placed online orders and they weren't made......then hear one of the sandwich makers say "I'll start taking care of the pick-up orders."

Food quality has never been an issue, timely service has been for a very long time. I only frequent this location since it's close to my work. I might drive a little further from now on to get my orders on time.

Never in my 5 years of living 4 minutes away from this place have I been completely satisfied with my order. I can’t remember a single time I had no issue with this place. From taking over an hour to deliver our food to missing items. We usually order and pickle and chips and they always forget at least one of them. Again, we live 4 minutes away and I understand they can be busy but it really shouldn’t take over an hour for our food to be delivered to us, especially incorrectly. Also, they never ring the doorbell or knock, never let you know that they left your food outside your front door getting soaked from the rain. I didn’t know it wasn’t common sense to let the customer know that their food has been delivered but knocking or ringing the doorbell. We have given this place chance after chance and it has never gotten better. I would not recommend ordering from this Jimmy John’s, the Jimmy John’s in oak creek will deliver the food to you faster...

I used to order from this location frequently. They'd deliver my food fast, and I was almost never disappointed!

But unfortunately, things don't seem to be the way they used to. They will frequently miss instructions for sandwich customizations or forget items completely.

I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, like maybe they were just having an off day! But these problems were happening again and again. Sometimes, I'd place the order and request no capocollo, but find it on my sandwich anyway. Or I'd request to leave the bread in, only to find it scooped out. They've even forgotten to bring me a drink I ordered at least twice.

The food was alright each of those times, but it was always frustrating to be missing the things requested or, in some instances, paid extra for.

I absolutely can not recommend...
