Went through the drive thru Around 1 AM. the person at the speaker box was very rude. Never even offered cheese for my burgers.. I ordered 2 nuggets and 2 whopper meals. I get up to the window to pay, and the person waiting was an older gentleman who was very, very rude. The per person Gives me cold fries when I ask for fresh ones. He caught an attitude when I said I had ordered 2 nuggets. He caught an attitude and said I only ordered one I had to go around to Order my second nugget that I should have gotten the first time. so I go back through the drive through very, very, very rude. This person which I was told was the manager by another employee answered the speaker box again very rude. I get up to the window no sauce in my bag, I ask for a sauce. He continues to tell me. I got him the first time I went around , still gave me cold fries. I understand that it may have been busy but that doesn't give the workers the right to take it out on the customers. The lady at the window refused to add onion rings to the order and then blatantly told my mom that "No, I won't add onion rings to your order, ImI not even supposed to still be here!" Then she abandoned the window and my mom had to wait an extra 10 minutes for someone else to come help her. On top of the terrible service, when my mom returned home with the food, many of the members in my family (4/7), felt sick right after eating the food. I personally couldn't even finish it because I felt that I'd throw it all up. I love burger king and have never felt the sickness that I did when eating their food yesterday. Read moreI have had multiple instances in a row of either receiving incorrect items or being outright refused service because I placed a mobile order twenty minutes before arriving. I'm restricted to ordering on my PC, and the location is twenty minutes away from my house. The reason I was prompted to make this review is because the employee, who was rather rude, refused to make my order in the twenty minute window between when I submitted it and when I arrived--and because I arrived three minutes after menus changed, "we can't make your order because we no longer have dinner products ready."
My man, there's seventeen full minutes there where you could've made it. There's no policy about that, the order WAS SUBMITTED AND PAID FOR. You cannot refuse orders.
