Super Wing Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Rochester

We ordered from them two times now, first time the food was good and delivered on time and hot. The second time we ordered $44 worth of food for us and a few friends, we were told delivery in 40 minutes (6 items). An hour and 25 minutes later still no food. We call to check on it, a lady answers and says it's on the way should be there any minite. We live 1.5miles away. Another 25 minutes and the food arrives, the delivery driver (also the person who took our order) said the owner was supposed to be delivering the food and forgot it and left it sitting on the counter for awhile. Our food was sitting on the counter she noticed it and decided to take it to us herself. The food was cold, the soup is normally melt your mouth hot and it was cool enough to eat. Everything was cold and the peas in the rice had to be picked out they were almost white and looked freezer burned. Service was horrible. A small order of shrimp fried rice, vegetable fried rice and general tso took an hour for me to get. I waited inside for it. Her attitude was anything but welcoming. The general tso chicken actually ended up being something COMPLETELY different with crushed red peppers as if i wouldn't taste the difference. NEVER going back.
