2nd experience here the Bar is clean and welcoming however if you go while it’s packed it’ll take a while before your actually served .. the Hispanic waiters are rude like extremely and only serviced the other Hispanic customers didn’t greet us or ask if we wanted a table so we opted to stay at the bar ..one bar tender (Trevor) made it worth it for me-he’s friendly and attentive! Made our drink’s perfect and took our orders ! While others just looked and walked past my husband n I . I was told they add a service fee to your bill if you get seated which is prob why these young ladies are so rude bc they are getting tips plus hourly regardless of their service smh either way I would return only for happy hour specials when Trevor is working !! This is a hidden gem in the heart of Rochester! If you haven't tried El Condado yet you're missing out. They have amazing dishes & cocktails that take you back to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 the place is cozy & fairly new, tastefully decorated with a beautiful mural honoring some of the greatest puertorricans in history a perfect backdrop for any family picture. The bar serves delicious Mojitos. Their caribbean liquor & cocktail variety is vast. The food is marvelous!! We had the "tostones rellenos" & "chillo frito con mofongo" and we have no regrets! Music is wayyyy too laud and I'm Puertorican, I was just there for Mother's day and waited 20 minutes for someone to come take a our order we order appetizer and some drinks the drinks aren't that good it lacks alcohol as appetizers we order 3 alcapuerrias and we were told it takes 15 minutes, well those 15 minutes tripled and got them because is was already an hour later. After 10 more minutes I got the appetizers at this point I'm famished and upset because we weren't told that it would that almost 2 hours to get food. We paid for the drinks and appetizers and left.
