2nd experience here the Bar is clean and welcoming however if you go while it’s packed it’ll take a while before your actually served .. the Hispanic waiters are rude like extremely and only serviced the other Hispanic customers didn’t greet us or ask if we wanted a table so we opted to stay at the bar ..one bar tender (Trevor) made it worth it for me-he’s friendly and attentive! Made our drink’s perfect and took our orders ! While others just looked and walked past my husband n I . This is a hidden gem in the heart of Rochester! If you haven't tried El Condado yet you're missing out. They have amazing dishes & cocktails that take you back to Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 the place is cozy & fairly new, tastefully decorated with a beautiful mural honoring some of the greatest puertorricans in history a perfect backdrop for any family picture. The bar serves delicious Mojitos. Their caribbean liquor & cocktail variety is vast. The food is marvelous!! We had the "tostones rellenos" & "chillo frito con mofongo" and we have no regrets! Music is wayyyy too laud and I'm Puertorican, I was just there for Mother's day and waited 20 minutes for someone to come take a our order we order appetizer and some drinks the drinks aren't that good it lacks alcohol as appetizers we order 3 alcapuerrias and we were told it takes 15 minutes, well those 15 minutes tripled and got them because is was already an hour later. After 10 more minutes I got the appetizers at this point I'm famished and upset because we weren't told that it would that almost 2 hours to get food. We paid for the drinks and appetizers and left.
