Donuts Delite — Restaurant in City of Rochester

I love the mini breakfast calzones in the morning. Went today at 11:45-12 and they didn't have anything left from breakfast. So I asked if they could make it or if I could just order a calzone and they to make it into 2 small calzones. The big ones lose the perfect baked dough balance. The staff asked the girl standing next to her and she said I don't know, looked to the kitchen then turned to the girl and said nope we can't do that. So I ordered a calzone. I waited for ever!! People coming having a meal and going. I was there for over an hour. As I'm standing there I see no one is in the kitchen area. And I'm still just waiting...... Finally someone asks me"what did you order" I said a calzone. She said "oh" and walked over to the oven where no one had been for a while and took my calzones off the top of the oven. So I took it and left. I was taking it to have lunch at my sisters. I get there and when I opened it, it was a weird color. It was dark, so thin on top, it was dryed out. It was like a cracker on top. My sister lives just down the street from the shop. Clearly it was overcooked. I took a small corner piece, took a few bites and I was good. It didn't taste like their normal food to me. It was like cheese and crackers. She passed on eating and I tossed more then 3/4 in the garbage. Paid over $20 for this? I literally come out of my way to go to that one bc it's usually good. Lesson learned!!! *This is why I like smaller calzones. They cook properly. Never dried out like the one today. Order from a different Salvatore's. This is the worst one, This is mainly because the staff is all over the place. No matter what you order your food is going to take an hour. (This is literally what the person on the phone told me) I order food for my company, so I pre-order in advance for specific times. I've placed 3 different orders at this salvatores and they have been 30 minutes late twice and an HOUR late when I had to feed 60 individuals!! I only order sheet pizzas and the last time I ordered, 6 of my pizzas looked like the number "8" Management is terrible and lack customer service skills. I called this time and complained about the lateness and poor quality of pizza and the gentleman said "That's how they're supposed to look" "What do you want me to do" I included a picture of one of the pizzas. Typically a sheet pizza fills up the whole box and it's a rectangle not an 8.... I called when they were running 30 minutes late and the lady told me they were on their way and hung up on me. This location used to be great but the new management must be running it down. I'm truly disgusted by the rudeness I only gave 2 stars because it's salvatores and the flavor is still there. I typically order from the Salvatores on S Clinton that one is AMAZING and I will go back to...

We got our donuts for our wedding from Donuts Delite and had a terrible experience. My husband had called the week of the wedding to confirm the order and was told that the person who took our order didn't write down the donut types we wanted on the order (this was 3 days prior to the wedding and I would have thought we would have been contacted asking us for that info as it was missing but we weren't). My husband then followed up the next day to make sure that everything was all set and it was. Come the day of the wedding and at the reception we are notified by the reception staff that we were given less than HALF our donuts! My husband and I had to call Donut Delite while at our reception to deal with this issue and it took forever to get in contact with someone to help us. Luckily the manager working at the time personally delivered the rest of the donuts but I thought it was completely unprofessional to forget over half our order. This was not something we should have been dealing with on our wedding day, we had to rearrange the reception events on the spot because of it. The donuts were a huge hit and they are delicious, this experience was just very upsetting and unprofessional...
