Dunkin' — Restaurant in City of Rochester

This is probably THE WORST! Dunkin Donuts in Rochester! I work down the street and I work 2 jobs I go from 1 job straight to the next and all I want is coffee! Every time I go there the wait is horrific! I the shortest time I've spent in the drive thru was 11 minutes!! Isn't that the whole point of having a drive thru is quick service! This time I tried going through the drive thru there was 1! Yes 1! Other car and I was asked to "hold on a minute" I looked at me car clock it was 4:43 I had to be to work by 5:00. 4:47 still no response. Said "hello?" To the speaker box and nothing the one other car was still at the window I was not going to wait any longer! I left. Not only do you wait forever but I could probably order 3 of the same coffee and I bet you every one of them would taste different! How is that even possible!? Everything is measured out by a machine!! I will NEVER! Go back and I'll be sure to let others know what a joke...

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the city of Rochester and anywhere they lie to customers they lie to drivers they refuse to make orders that people have paid for they give orders to the wrong people when someone's standing right there waiting for waiting for their food the owner is arrogant and he's the liar of the of the bunch do not go to this dunkin if you want good customer service do not go to this dunkin if you want your food. I am a delivery driver Who came here to pick up an order for a customer they lied and said that some man picked it up their previous driver was a woman the customer walked up to the store to meet me to tell them they didn't get their food and they need to remake it the owner refused to remake the order For the customer who literally walked up there to meet me the Uber drivor and confronthe owner who is also the cashier. My favorite location, usually spot on! Went inside for a change at, inquired about the $2 from 2-6 cappuccino and was told by 2 employees that they didn't know anything about it and they got off work at 2, but maybe the afternoon people would know, it was 2:05. So I just stuck to my regular iced coffee, sat down to wait for our food and watched the same employees leave for the day. Asked a third employee if he was aware of the promo, he said of course, I explained what I was told and he said he was sure they knew about the promo!! I got back in line and bought what I really wanted to try & saved my iced coffee for later. U should have spoken to the manager, but had just gotten out of the hospital and didn't have the energy!
