I went to buy some coffee pods and a sandwich. I was inside the store. I was in a bit of a hurry and even given the bag i was told have a nice day and such...i had to work and open my bag and the sandwich was not in There! I know i know...MY fault that i can't trust a multi million dollar company to get something as simple as "xyz goes in to bag" correct. Needless to say i called the store after arriving at work and i was told i would have to bring my card back to get a refund. I explained to the manager i am not from the area so i requested my card simply be credited the amount of my sandwich. She said she was unable to do that. (Untrue, the manager could have called her home office and had the adjustment done) she said she would return my call within an hour or two. After not reviving a call that day i called back to the store where i was told "if you can't come back too this location there's nothing i can do for you". Now, I'm not going to act like my $4 is going to make or break me but the AUDACITY of a company to flat out not care at all that they made a mistake and have the expectation that it's up to ME to quality check people THEY are paying and then to tell me basically "oh well" tells me this company lacks integrity. I advise every person who's considering patroning this company to reconsider, there are smaller companies with integral employees who could put your money...
Read moreI ordered a coffee on the mobile app for walk in pick up. When I arrived about 10 minutes later, the doors were locked. It was 8:10 am. No sign on the door explaining why. I peeked through the window and an employee behind the counter was pointing towards the drive thru. I tried calling them 3 times and the phone kept ringing. I Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get my coffee. I tried cancelling it on the app but was unable to. There were several employees working when I got up to the window. I asked the employee who gave me my coffee to disable the ability to order walk in pick up on the app. She was very rude and had no answer for why this happened and did not apologize for the inconvenience. She said I had to be responsible for cancelling my order. I never leave reviews for places but this really was a terrible way to start my Monday and I feel like I should let others know to be careful doing walk in orders at this location. Read moreI waited at the drive thru for about 15 minutes before ordering. I ordered four egg and cheese wake up wraps, hash browns and a large coffee. When I got to the window they only gave me one of the four egg and cheese wraps when I ordered and paid for four. The woman at the window told me I had to go back through the line or go inside to correct it because she’s “not allowed to make adjustments at the window”. I repeated that I paid for four and only received one so they just needed to make the others. No adjustment needed just make additional items. But nope, too complicated for this shiny rocky. I always forget how terrible this location is, do yourself a favor and go someplace else. They can’t seem to even do the basics. Oh and they STOLE two dollars from me, $2.50 to be exact.
