Fiyah side jamaican cuisine — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Enjoyed the oxtail dinner, esp since I was rather skeptical initially with ordering any food delivery due to many unpleasant experiences lately with various restaurants in area being late, cold food, missing items, etc. This happened to be my first time having the food. I would give 5 stars had there been MORE than a "handful" of ox tails. Plenty rice, though. Lol. Sweet potatoes/cabbage was excellent as well. The very nice driver was phomemanal! For some strange reason my address did NOT appear on my order and he managed to resolve this being solution focused + very friendly without an attitude expressing how he kinda went over the hill and though the woods, yet determined. The food was delivered on time and still very warm. I will def order from them again, so yes I reccomend this...

Food tasted good (might be because I was famished, that’s why it tasted good), but the the lady at the Front Desk was not good at all. She exhibited mean attitudes and lack of customer service with me and two others I observed while there.

You pay huge amounts of money to order food, and the least someone could do is to be polite. It really doesn’t cost much to be polite and smile to your customers. You’re not doing them a favor but they are doing you the favor!

I think the restaurant could use some improvements especially with the Customer Services and as they are new in town!

I see so many bad reviews about this restaurant & the owner… but to be honest I went there for the first time the other day & for one the food was good! Customer service was decent nothing to complain about at all in my opinion…. Prices are reasonable! … to the negative comments …this woman looks like she busy from sun up to down so if she wasn’t up to your standards I feel you being as selfish..
