Rohrbach's has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Rochester. Much like the beloved TV show "Cheers," this place embodies a welcoming atmosphere where everyone truly knows your name. Conveniently located near my loft at Station 55, Rohrbach's offers an ideal spot for catching a game, listening to live music, and enjoying a beer or a delicious meal.
The ambiance at Rohrbach's is warm and inviting, set in a charming brick building that enhances its cozy vibe. The brick-fired oven for pizzas adds a rustic touch, while the extensive selection of beers on tap ensures that there's always something new to try. The food menu is diverse, offering everything from mouth-watering pizzas to fresh salads, and I've never been disappointed.
One of the standout features of Rohrbach's is the friendly and attentive staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel like a regular, adding to that feeling of being among friends. Whether you're a beer connoisseur or just looking for a relaxing place to unwind, Rohrbach's delivers with its excellent variety and consistently great brews.
Rohrbach's isn't just a place to grab a drink; it's a community hub where the atmosphere is as comforting and familiar as the setting of "Cheers." If you're in Rochester, it's definitely...
Read moreOverall we had a good experience. 6 of us came for a late lunch on a Saturday. There was plenty of free parking and plenty of space inside. The atmosphere inside is really cool, and you can even take a brewery tour if you want.
We were able to seat ourselves. The layout is a little awkward. They have tables and hightops that have seating for about 12 people. There are no small tables so we just took up about half the large table. (We couldn’t sit at the bar bc we had littles).
Out server was friendly, but wasn’t super quick at getting drinks or refilling empty drinks.
The menu is a little smaller but there was still plenty to choose from that would appease a variety of people. They also had a kids menu which was a plus. Randomly they don’t have French fries.
Most of us had pizza, and I heard nothing but good things! Each pizza would be good for 2 people. They are a decent...
Read moreRohrbach use to be our go-to spot for wood-fired pizzas (and their great beers). Haven’t gone in a few years and revisited recently; it was so disappointing. Service was strange from the start - had to ask a few times for someone to take our order. Putting that aside, we ordered the classic cheese and pep along with a white pizza. They were so thin and floppy… Definitely not the bubbly, airy crust we were anticipating from the past. You couldn’t even pick the slices up. Both pizzas had decent flavor but were overshadowed by how wimpy the dough was. Really hoping we caught them on an off night. We’re not writing Rohrbach off yet and will plan to revisit - luckily the beers were delicious enough to keep...
