Central Park Family Diner — Restaurant in City of Rochester

Although it's nice to have a restaurant that the neighborhood can patronize regularly, they could still so better. Outside there's always garbage kicking around on the sidewalk and panhandlers trying to con people after they finish their meals. Many times I've seen bootleggers walk in and try to sell bootleg RayBans and CDs and socks to customers who were dining and obvioualy didn't want to be bothered. Staff there never seems to notice that or even care. Their french fries always taste like they've been fried with bacon. And their burgers are always pink in the middle. If you try to call and complain after picking up an order that's missing side dishes or isn't thoroughly cooked they get snotty with you on the phone and tell you to go elsewhere then. The people in the neighborhood just want a nice place to go for breakfast or lunch and the staff their take advantage of that by being careless. I've waited up to 90 minutes for a cup of coffee once. Great experience every time as a now, local of the area. The food prices are affordable & you can definitely get a 2 person heal for under $15-20 , depending on your order a choice . Great quality customer service, quick order, food takes about a good 15-20 my n time to get finished preparing them pick -up..... this is a CASH ONLY VENUE, great news, there is defiantly an atm inside that charges $2 for the withdrawal fee to order good , (.if needed ). I enjoy catching a bit of the eggs , waffles are fluffy, moody pancakes grits, steak....& they have A1 sauce available!!! Every time I order from this place something is forgotten. The cheese the bacon the pickles it's always something but they never forget to charge me for it. The Waitresses seldom move with a sense of urgency... on a positive note they are a lot better than most of the breakfast joints on this side of town for the most part the employees are friendly and there's a cute little girl that would sometimes be in the restaurant on the weekends and would sometimes stop to talk to the customers. The quality of the food is superior and they give sizable portions for every dish. I will definitely eat here again but I wish they would be more thorough and attentive to their...
