Mojoe's Plus — Restaurant in City of Rochester

The only reason i gave 3 stars is because of the customer service you get from employees, you call for delivery and who ever takes the order don't know how to work the card system and puts you on hold for over 20 min, hung up called again to wait like 5 min more to get a grumpy employee whos trying to rush things when it comes to card payment and tell me my card is declined i tell him can you check again i cheked my balance before calling and i have over $300. Hes not in the mood and talks with attitude like is my fault he put my card number wrong more than once. This is a good place and good food but needs to teach employees to work the systems and to be a little more nice to customers. The order was wrong the chicken has feathers on it they didn't give us no sauce which we specifically asked and paid for extra sauce it took forever to get here and when I called the guy said will send the driver back who never showed up and then we called they wouldn't answer ... the next day I went up there the building is filthy inside and outside one of the dudes was in there arguing about something not work related in front of the customers ... all around it sucked and never will I ever support this raggedy ass pizza spot don't buy stuff from there just because it's the closest thing in the hood and don't continue to give them money for poor service and low quality food and...
