Went to this truck at the NYS Fair after seeing them featured on the news and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Got the PCH taco and the supreme nachos. The taco was light and crispy add the crunchy coleslaw and creamy baja sauce and it was the perfect bite. The nachos were loaded! Beef, jalapeños, cheese, pico, homemade chips, baja sauce, sour cream...each but was better than the last. The topping to chip ratio was perfect, every chip had a different combination of goodies, I wanted to finish it, but the portion was huge. We hired Chris and his team for our home graduation party for 100 people and we have not stopped getting comments about the amazing food. From organizing to day of, it could not have been easier to work with them and it was all so smooth, I could not ask for more. The food itself…delicious. Our guests went back for seconds and raved. Particularly about the fish tacos!! I wish I had more opportunities to have the truck parked in my yard 😂. Plus they were so NICE. Fun to have there and just the perfect partner for our event.
