We arrived at Marr-Logg around 8:00 a.m. on a Sunday. When we arrived, we were immediately acknowledged and greeted by a server. We took our seats. There were plenty of booths and tables to choose from. They appear to have three rows of booths with tables in the middle of the aisles, allowing them to accommodate a large number of people at once. I was concerned that if the restaurant was small and we arrived at 8 a.m., it would already be crowded, but this was not the case. Our server informed us that she would be the only server for a short period of time until more servers arrived. It is unusual for the server to give you a heads up, so we appreciated her doing so. I ordered the standard fare of two eggs, juice, home fries, bacon, and Italian toast. The server asked if I wanted soft or hard crust Italian bread; I had no idea what the difference was, and she said she preferred the hard crust; it's a "East Utica thing," so I went with her recommendation. The toasts were delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the texture was fluffy and delicious. I prefer my home fries deep fried, but they only cook them on the grill, so I requested crispy potatoes. My potatoes were not as crispy as requested, but they were perfectly seasoned and cooked throughout (not hard, as if it hadn't finished cooking), so I didn't mind. The portion was neither too small nor too large—it was just right and filled me up! It is usually hard to get full with breakfast food, but I left satisfied! The prices were reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast! 👍🏼

Food and service fantastic... Sally or server who has been there over 29 years did a fantastic job.... Cannoli pancake actually two filled me right up scrambled eggs hash browns four pieces of crispy bacon and toast great breakfast... Prices very reasonable coffee cups never emptied at all.... A nice variety of items on the menu are reasonably priced....

Great place for breakfast that’s been around forever. I’ve been here many times I just haven’t reviewed it, shame on me ;) The pancakes here are phenomenal, best I’ve had in any diner review I’ve done. Awesome, fluffy and tasty. They refilled my coffee many times, the wait staff was attentive and the food came quick. Great diner!

Overpriced for what is being served. Greens were bland, chocolate milk was expired, steak had way too much fat on it. waitress was friendly, environment was clean. Food did not all come out together it came out at separate times. I've never paid valmost $60 (for breakfast) for 2 steak and eggs side of greens, 2 coffee, 2 oj and an eggs Benedict. waitress claimed to verify price x3 but it was not adding up to their menu prices even with tax more...
