Carlito's Pizzeria Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

I will say this their food I highly recommend it to everyone, but the customer service over the phone is horrible. Today my daughter called to place an order over the phone for pick up, the guy that was taking the call was rude and bothered when taking the order. I got so frustrated with the way that he was speaking to my daughter that I took over the call and tried to explain to him in Spanish what my daughter was requesting which it was chicken flautas with extra cheese on top of the lettuce. He still remain rude towards me to the point that I hang up on him. He was saying that he only takes orders and that is it. Like wow very surprised of the way that me and my daughter was treated over the phone. We always order food from their restaurant every week. But after today I don’t think that will would ever invest my money in a restaurant that treats people unfairly over the phone. Super rude...

If you want your food with someone else's germs on it this is the place to go... same hands that touch dirty money are the same hands that touch your food,, Ask yourself is this what should be happening at anytime much less in the middle of a flu epidemic..i pointed this out to the owner who was right there and he defends this action and tells me there are other pizza shops I can go to,,I say you are correct about that and gladly took my money...

Great pizza, but awful attitude. I ordered a grandma slice and it wasn't given to me. I kindly asked for it and was willing to wait as it is great food. The man behind the counter said they didn't make grandma pizza! Also, the owner and workers have a holier than though attitude in general.
