This establishment shouldn’t even receive 1 star. The employees here are completely inefficient and have no care in the world. I placed an order online via the White Castle app which tells me to give them 15 minutes to prepare my order which is a reasonable amount of time. However, I would like to understand why is it that my order is NEVER ready at the time it claims “it will be ready”. I come in at the stated time and it takes them half an hour to actually prepare my simple order that I placed on their mobile app!!! They don’t even apologize for the delay and they’re not busy during the times I place the order. Just busy talking amongst each other. This establishment needs to be shut down. When everyone else is closed, these guys are always open for business. There's nothing special about the food; but when you're hungry it does the trick. Be careful, as some have complained of having gastrointestinal problems, after eating the food. It's really not surprising, considering that the fish sandwich tastes like wet cardboard; a far cry from the flavor of actual fish. You're going to need the tartar sauce!
There's always parking on location.
The workers are seemingly just there for a paycheck; so, don't expect anyone to go the extra mile for you.

Disappointed 😞 I don't live near any White Castles so when I was on the road and saw that I was near one.... of course we had to drive thru and pick up a crave case (30 cheese burgers) plus a few other items. We were excited to satisfy our craving, only to be 😥 disappointed. Question: Is it even a White Castle experience if the burger doesn't have any onions or pickles? WTH??? They didn't even give me a heads up. They could've told me they were out of onions and pickles and let me decide if I want them. I live far so I couldn't just go back to have them redo the burgers. 30 little sad White castle cheese burgers in a crave case but they're not crave worthy. 😢😭 And if you know, they're not cheap for what you actually get.... but we pay bc it's what we crave, right? ...
