Arby's — Restaurant in Clanton

I arrived shortly before 11:30am to place a LARGE carry-out order. The order was to include 7 separate meals, all on one check, each with a side and a drink, some with additional items added to an entree, etc. I was greeted when I walked in the store, then again when I approached the register. The employee, Ms. Kay, was exceptionally pleasant. She took the orders, being careful to confirm sides, size choices, condiments, and changes. Another staff member assisted in packing the items into a box for easier carry-out. The items were ready quickly, despite the fact that the restaurant was filled with other customers. Once I arrived at my destination with the food, I found that each bag had a handwritten note advising which meal it was. It made distributing the meals so much easier than I anticipated! There was a separate bag containing extra sauces and ketchup, as well as napkins, however the basic number of condiments were in each bag as well. When the diners began to open and eat their meals, they commented that the orders were both accurate and delicious!! I ordered a roast beef sandwich without mayonnaise, 3 different times ,I get home and it had Mayo on it 3 times in a row . So the next time I go , I asked about 5 times to please make sure no Mayo , She assures me there’s no Mayo and even gave me a look cause I kept asking , well I guess they thought I was going to drive off , I open my food and checked my sandwich and mayonnaise again for a fourth time . I don’t ever leave bad reviews but I feel it’s deserved in this case . Now I have to order something I don’t like every time because they are incapable of making anything the way the customers ask , it’s nit like I’m ordering a lot of crazy stuff . Same thing every time roast beef, no Mayo and cheese stick . There is all of 4 places to eat in this area and I only like Arby’s . It’s sad I have to deal with these rocket scientists. Sad...

Weekend ordering my food it was an older woman with glasses and she was very rude from the start as if she didnot want to be there. Then lady that handed me my food was great and treated me with a smile. I get home and my order was completely wrong, asked for curly fries but got crinkle I stead on both orders, I can under some miscommunication, but both burger looked like they were thrown to gather and smashed, then I noticed my drinks were wrong as well I asked for sweet tea on both orders, got sweet tea and a joke on the other. I've been there before but never dealt with this woman, it's usually very friendly encounters and nice ppl. But what really messed my experience up was the attitude of the woman at the window,very snappy and rude everyone else did a great job. I will never go there again if she working there.it ruined...
