I freaking hate this place! Every time I go there I get a full rack of ribs all to myself and it's so delicious it makes me want to cry. I'm a single woman and I have no business hoarding ribs to myself like a hobbit, but I still to it. The ribs are tender and the meat slides off the bones, the smoke flavor is perfectly balanced, and the bbq sauce is incredibly tangy. Even worse, the staff is kind, and the sides are fresh, I can't think of a single to hate this place and justify my not returning.

The owner gave me his table so I could sit inside, out of the cold. The pork was tender and juicy and could have been eaten without sauce. Its smoky flavor could carry itself. Beautiful family prepares their food home style. I had the Slider pack and potato salad. The sliders were traditional bbq pork lightly and naturally smoked served on Hawaiian rolls with a sweet and tangy sauce. The potato salad was red potatoes with skins still on that was creamy and full of flavor. The meal was simply elegant.
