Update as of October 21st, 2021.... I'm not sure what's going on at this Jacks here lately... But I know a couple years ago when we ordered food here it was actually good. But here lately, it's like they don't care to get the orders right the past several times we went to this location. We just ordered the $20.00 chicken family meal and it was not good. Whoever is battering the chicken should not be battering chicken full of black looking meat where vessels were busted in the meat. On top of losing my Appetite my husband was the only one that ate it twice thinking it was ok. Then he got sick throwing up. I refused to eat it cause the chicken did not look right. Not just 1 or 2 pieces were like that. There was about 5 pieces that looked and smelled spoiled. Someone should train the employees better than that. It is sad that we spend our hard earned money for food we should be able to trust. So I messaged them about the food and still Noone has emailed or called me back. Money just down the drain for us apparently. Rich getting richer selling bad food and people just getting by getting sick from bad chicken. This is just ridiculous to me and I'm mad bout it. Train your people the right way along with management overseeing employees. Stop allowing your team to to be rude and cuss! That's poor management. If you don't like your job leave, there are plenty of grateful people that would love to...
Read moreMy experience was terrible today 10/23/2024 at approximately 5:30a. Went through the drive-through and started off with the steak biscuit combo, then changed my mind and asked for the ultimate bacon sandwich with a large dr pepper and large hashbrowns. We'll they didn't ring up the hashbrowns, and I ended up going inside to get this corrected, and when I tell they little Ole lady, I think her name is Judy (I could be wrong) this dude comes around the corner after serving another customer being rude with her and tries to be rude with me. Now im a pretty paid back, but I don't take to kindly to be cause I'll speak up for myself and let you know that you're in the wrong. Anyways, the dude tries telling me I'm wrong and getting loud about it, and I had to repeat myself multiple times that if "you wasn't so high you would've heard me the first time" and then he pretty pushes the lady that was trying to ring the hashbrowns up and just says give them to him and walks away mumbling. That is completely uncalled for and unprofessional and if that's the way he treats customers I pray the coworkers. I know if he was under my employment his ass would be gone because I don't want anyone like that...
Read moreCame inside and waited behind just one customer that had already been waiting for several minutes. The entire staff were fixated on the drive thru window. I do understand the importance of maintaining the drive thru service but as your dining room is open and not one person came to take her order for almost 15 minutes we stood at the register not even acknowledged. The lady in front of me finally spoke up and said is anyone going to take our orders about 5 more minutes finally an associate took her order. I finally placed my order and waited for my food as I was now late from being in line I left only to find that my order was incorrect. There has to be some professionalism taught at these Jack's in Clanton. I understand working with the public is demanding but we were only there in a customer capacity not saying a word for 15 minutes and once something was said staff in the back of course had some words to say about us asking to sponsor their paychecks. I don't care if it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the Jack's in Chilton County you get your food with a attitude. I also work in retail and I understand it's hectic but there is no need for bad comments for us wanting to eat at...
