On 5/31/24, hired them for a dishwasher repair. First guy comes and says I need an overflow censor, orders the part, I paid for half the job and was supposed to pay the rest when the job was complete. Scheduled to come back and install part on 6/7/24. The first guy tells me today is his last day working for Sears. 6/7/24 the next guy comes and says the first guy misdiagnosed and ordered the wrong part. I really need a drain pump. He orders the part and leaves. He is unable to schedule my next appointment at this time due to no available appointments but someone will call to schedule. Their automated system called me 3 times over the weekend and never allowed me to schedule an appointment. I called and schedule an appointment for 6/14. Someone mysteriously cancels my appointment without contacting me. I call was put back on the schedule for that same day. This time my appointment ends up being rescheduled for 6/19 without calling me or giving any explanation for why. 6/19 Christopher calls asking whats wrong with my dishwasher. I explain all the above. He confirms he does not have my part. He says he'll check on it and call back. I never heard from him again. But I look on the tracker and see I've been assigned a different repairman, Benjamin. Benjamin calls and I explain all the above to him. He confirms he doesn't have my part. He tells me he is 10 mins away from my house and he will call and see what he can find out but he will get me taken care of today. I never heard from him again. He never showed up and never called back. As of today 6/21/24, my dishwasher is not fixed and i have heard nothing from anyone. Needless to say I'm over sears...
Read moreBEWARE!! The technician and this company are scam artists! They charged their $120 service fee two days before sending the technician out. He wasn't here long, but as he was leaving yesterday, he said he'd be back in a couple of days with the parts for the repair. Today, we got a phone call saying they closed our service request because our claim had been denied! The technician told them he saw evidence there had been a mouse inside the enclosure where our A/C unit is located, and that he thinks the mouse may have chewed the wiring and caused it to lose power. They said they don't cover repairs caused by pests. We had NO idea there had been a mouse inside there, because we are elderly and were not able to remove the panel to inspect the unit! That's what we paid THEM to do!! These people are con-artists! I would not recommend anyone using them for home warranty needs!! Read moreI would like to say that this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced, the first tech came and diagnosed the problem, said he would order the part that I needed and come back, when the part he ordered came a second technician arrived and found out the part was incorrect and BROKEN, so he said they would need to order the correct part and come back, so then after that for 2 months they scheduled a appointment to install the new correct but every time the tech would show up and say that no one ever placed the order and they would need to order it for us... well 2 months of this transpired and you can understand my frustration when neither the part ever got ordered and my cooktop was still broken. I had to just order me a new cooktop and buy it with my own money!!!!! Then they said sorry we can't install NEW cooktops only fix broken ones so you will need to hire another company... what use were you guys in the first place!!!! If I could give 0...
