I recently visited Lucky’s and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean and tidy the place was, creating a welcoming atmosphere right away. The staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. Now, let's talk about their drinks. The Butterfly Lavender Lemonade was a revelation! It's not often you find such a unique and delicious combination. The floral notes of lavender paired perfectly with the citrusy lemonade, creating a refreshing and unforgettable taste experience. As for the coffee, oh my! The Rose Latte was delicious. It had just the right balance of coffee and floral sweetness, making each sip a pure delight. It's evident that the baristas at Lucky’s are experts at their craft. Overall, my time at Lucky’s was nothing short of fantastic. From the impeccable cleanliness to the outstanding drinks, it was a truly great experience. I never do this. I know how hard it is to run a business dealing with the public. I am also aware of the difficulties it takes to hire and retain staff in todays climate. It felt like I was bothering the staff when I walked in. I asked for a pour over coffee. They said they were out of beans. I found this to be odd because they roast there own beans. They also have bags of beans for sale. If they don’t want to make then please take it off the menu. I ordered a cappuccino and an apple pastry. The pastry tasted old and was very soggy. Then I remember I wanted my cappuccino with oat milk. I said the the barista could I get that with oat milk she said yes. A few minutes later I went to get my drink and a 3 person said to me “just so you know it’s an added charge for oat milk”. I was shook I just spent 10 on a cappuccino and a pastry. Since trying this place shortly after we moved here a few months ago, I find myself comparing every latte to Lucky’s.

I love this place. The roast is excellent, perfectly balanced. Sure, like some reviews say, there’s not a lot of food options, and it’s not “cozy” or “cute” like some other neighborhood coffee shops. But the place is super clean and bright with natural light, the chairs are comfy (tables have a nice little shelf under them for bags and such), and the baristas are all very kind! I personally find the atmosphere super welcoming and cheery.
